Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photograph of said damaged item, order number and mailing address must be submitted to pandc@mimisluckyscoops.com along with a picture of the shipping box. Once reviewed we will send same replacement product or something similar.
Refunds
